When you place an order with us the order will be processed. Before the order is packaged for shipping for delivery it goes through the quality control dept.
The quality control dept. inspects the ordered product(s) for defect, blemishes and any other irregularities before it is packaged for delivery.
We offer free standard shipping which typically takes 6-9 business days. There is an option for expedited 3-4 business day shipping, with a flat rate of $25 USD. once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with tracking info.
All Shoes All of our shoes (Men & Women's) are sourced from a different vendor. We request that you please refer to our size conversion chart, located at the bottom of shoe page. To ensure that you choose the right size when placing your order. This will prevent the potential of having to return for the correct size, and cost additional shipping for you. The delivery time for shoes is 7-12 business days with tracking.
Upon receiving your package, if it is damaged, take a picture of the damaged package and the product(s) to attach to your email to support your claim.
Will review the issue and respond within 5 business days.
If the return is approved you will receive instructions for the next step.
If the return is denied, you will get an email with the final decision with an explanation.
You may be responsible for the cost of return.
Once we receive the approved return, we will issue a refund with an email notification.
The refund will be processed in 7-10 business days. the cost of the return will be deducted from the cost of return.
If 10 business days are exceeded, contact your credit card company. if they have received it but it isn’t showing in your bank account, then contact your bank.
Keep in mind that your bank may have a period before it shows as posted.
If the product was a gift and a return is approved, with proof of the basic information of the purchaser; a gift card in the form of a store credit will be presented to you.
If you cannot provide the basic proof, then the refund will be remitted back to the purchaser’s card and they will know that you returned it.
